By using any OBN service — including our website at Oneway Broadcasting Network, our mobile apps (iOS, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV), live TV streaming, radio stations, Prayer Center, Bible reader, and on-demand content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

OBN provides faith-based broadcasting services including:

• Live television channels (Oneway TV, Revival Channel, Praise Him, Wisdom Kids, OBN Africa, SELAH, Victory Channel, and partner channels).
• Live radio stations (Hope Radio, Oneway Radio, Viewpoint Radio).
• On-demand messages, shows, and series.
• Online Bible reader and devotional content.
• Prayer Center for submitting and sharing prayer requests.
• Community features and user accounts.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Distribute, reproduce, or publicly display our content without written permission.

• Submit spam, offensive material, or content that does not align with our faith-based mission through the Prayer Center or any other feature.

All content on OBN — including but not limited to video, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Oneway Broadcasting Network or its content licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Submitted Content

When you submit content through our services (prayer requests, comments, testimonies, contact forms, or content production applications), you grant OBN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our ministry and broadcasting services.

You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

7. Donations & Giving

Donations made through our platform are processed by secure third-party payment providers. All donations to OBN are voluntary and are used to support our broadcasting ministry, content production, and operational costs. OBN is a non-profit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Refund requests for donations should be directed to admin@onewaytv.com.

Our services may include content from third-party ministries, partner channels, and external links. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Live streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection and device capabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBN and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OBN and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
