Children's Privacy Notice (COPPA)

Oneway Broadcasting Network ("OBN," "we," "us") cares deeply about the privacy and safety of children. This notice explains our practices for the Kids section of our website and apps, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Our commitment

The OBN Kids experience is designed to be safe and faith-building. We do not require children to provide personal information to watch content, and we do not knowingly collect more information from a child than is reasonably necessary to participate.

What we collect in the Kids area

• Parent-created profiles: A child's first name or nickname and an avatar, created by a parent/guardian on a signed-in adult account. These stay tied to the parent's account.
• On-device activity: Screen-time, progress, and stickers/stars, used to power the experience and parental controls.
• We do not ask children for email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or precise location.

Parental consent & control

Kids profiles and parental controls live under a signed-in adult account, protected by a parent PIN. Parents can review, edit, or delete their child's profile and data at any time from the "Grown-Ups" area, or by contacting us.

No third-party advertising to children

We do not show behavioral/targeted advertising to children and do not sell children's information.

How to contact us or delete data

Parents may request to review or delete a child's information by emailing admin@onewaytv.com. We will verify the request and act promptly.
